I am not quite sure if this is necessarily a cause for celebration.
It hardly feels like winning when you have lost almost 3,000 people on 9/11 and another 5,000+ soldiers in the wars that followed - and are still being fought - in both Afghanistan and Iraq.
Running around with a flag draped around you shouting “USA! USA!” doesn't really strike me as a dignified reaction.
But what the hell do I know.
